Something happened during the ordering process and the order was shipped, instead of to the address I had typed, to its nearest post office (which I could't go to since I have no car and when I phoned, I wasn't given an alternate public transportation way to reach it). Staff from Maquillalia told me that the package could be redirected to another post office, near my home, if I paid for it (3€). I didn't consider that fair but I did it, anyway (I had no other choice).
